What Makes This Work Different


If any of this feels familiar, you may already know that a little relief here and there is not always enough. While bodywork can be deeply supportive, many of the patterns behind chronic tension, stress, overwhelm, and burnout live at the level of the nervous system. That means lasting change often requires more than simply being “fixed” or “worked on” for an hour.


Through Hybrid Sessions, I blend somatic coaching with customized bodywork to support deeper, more meaningful change. I also offer virtual coaching for those who do not live locally or prefer the flexibility and ease of meeting from wherever they are. 


Whether in person or virtual, this collaborative, whole-person approach goes beyond insight alone. 


Together, we listen to what your body is communicating and begin shifting patterns like people-pleasing, overgiving, approval-seeking, and struggling to maintain healthy boundaries. 


The result is greater ease, self-trust, resilience, and support that lasts beyond the time on the table.


Massage and bodywork-only sessions are reserved for existing clients who have been grandfathered into a previous session structure.

Most coaching approaches focus on mindset and behavior. BodyMind Method™ coaching works with both the mind and the body, recognizing that many patterns are held below conscious awareness. By including the nervous system and lived experience in the process, this work supports clarity, regulation, and grounded, sustainable change. Virtual Coaching

Feeling trapped in a cycle of chronic stress, exhaustion, or overwhelm?


 Virtual coaching offers a supportive, focused space to slow down, gain clarity, and explore what's ready to shift. Using the BodyMind Method, we work in partnership to identify the patterns shaping your experience and support meaningful, sustainable change.


60 minute session — $125


— Coaching sessions are primarily held virtually, offering flexibility and ease. Limited in-person sessions may be available for clients who prefer support in a dedicated, distraction-free space. 

Coaching Experiences

While single sessions can be deeply impactful, lasting change is often supported through consistency, momentum, and ongoing guidance.


Coaching experiences are designed to help you build on each insight over time through regular sessions, ongoing support between sessions, and personalized guidance that meets you where you are. I offer both 1-month and 3-month coaching experiences for those seeking a deeper level of support.

Hybrid Sessions

Hybrid sessions blend somatic (body-based) coaching with customized bodywork to support overcommitted professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-performers navigating chronic stress or burnout. By addressing both the patterns driving stress and how they are held in the body, this work supports deeper, more lasting change than bodywork alone.


These sessions often include guided conversation before and after the hands-on portion, with space for reflection throughout. Each session is guided by what feels most present for you that day and may include breathwork, somatic practices, or simple guided exercises to support nervous system regulation and practical change beyond the session.


120-minute session — $225

90-minute session — $195


The balance of coaching and bodywork is guided by what will best support you that day.

Customized Bodywork Services=Existing Clients Only

Please note: As my work has evolved, traditional massage-only services are reserved for existing clients who have been grandfathered into the previous session structure. New clients   begin with a Hybrid Session, which weaves BodyMind Method™ coaching and integrative bodywork for deeper, more sustainable results. 


Drawing on over 25 years of experience, these customized sessions blend multiple bodywork modalities to support relief from tension, improved mobility, and greater ease in your body. Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate focused muscle and fascia work, passive and active isolated stretching, Gua Sha (heated scraping), cupping, heated Synergy Stones, and essential oils. These same bodywork modalities may also be incorporated into Hybrid Sessions, where they are woven together with BodyMind Method™ coaching based on your needs that day.


90-Minute Session — $195

60-Minute Session — $145


Coconut Lime Indulgence Spa Session

We’ll begin with a full-body exfoliation using turbinado sugar and organic coconut oil, leaving your skin silky-smooth and nourished. Warm, steamed towels will gently remove the excess, preparing your body to fully receive the final indulgence: a light, flowing massage using rich lime-infused massage butter. Let go of tension, quiet your mind, and sink into deep relaxation — this is your time to be fully cared for.


 90 minutes—$220

Warm Winter Cocoa Scrub Spa Session

Cozy, comforting, and perfect for cold winter days. This decadent service starts with a warm winter cocoa sugar scrub blended with coconut oil to exfoliate and hydrate your skin. Steamed towels melt everything away before you enjoy a rich, chocolate-infused full-body massage. Leave feeling nourished, relaxed, and deeply restored.


90 minutes— $220

Office Policies:


  • New Clients: New clients begin with a Hybrid Session or Virtual Coaching. This allows us to establish a clear foundation and determine the most supportive path forward. These sessions are designed to go beyond temporary relief and support deeper, lasting change. Massage-only sessions are reserved for established clients who've ben grandfathered into a previous model of care. If you'd prefer to connect first to explore whether this work is aligned for you, you're welcome to reach out directly at 317-371-9264, or schedule a complimentary consultation. 


  • Online Booking: Appointments are reserved through my online calendar for your convenience. A valid credit card is required to secure your time. Your card will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined in the cancellation policy below. To schedule a session, click here.


  • Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will incur the full session fee, charged to the card on file.


  • Arrival & Timeliness: Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for a smooth check-in. This will provide time to discuss your desired goals and outcomes for your session. The office door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive earlier, please wait in the lobby downstairs in order to respect other clients’ confidentiality and privacy. Appointment times are scheduled and cannot be extended beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will be cut short to keep the therapist on schedule.


  • Illness policy: Due to the close contact involved in our work together, sessions are not appropriate during infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition, such as experiencing cold or flu symptoms, so your time may be offered to someone on the waitlist. If it is within the 24-hour notice window, the cancellation fee may be waived at the therapist’s discretion.


  • Professional Conduct: Back 2 Basics provides professional therapeutic services in a safe and respectful environment for both client and practitioner. Appropriate boundaries are maintained at all times, and clients receiving bodywork shall remain properly draped throughout the session. Any suggestive or inappropriate remarks, innuendos, gestures or behaviors will result in immediate termination of the session and of the client-practitioner relationship. The full session fee will still apply.


  • Coaching Disclaimer: Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. This work is intended to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation, resilience, and personal growth. Clients seeking mental health diagnosis or treatment are encouraged to work with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching may be used alongside therapy, but it does not replace it.
